HOW OUR HOME SEARCH WORKS

Our Home Search Program is based on the preferences indicated by the person who will be relocating to Ghana, as well as their company’s requirements if any. We send the executive a personalized preparatory needs assessment before arrival in Ghana aimed at fully understanding his/her needs, and we proceed with the search of properties based on this.

We pre-select properties meeting your wishes and budget. We then accompany you and/or your spouse during visits to your final selection of properties in order to assist and advise you on the neighbourhoods, rental prices, and any specific condition of the home.

We also provide assistance in negotiating rental costs, or purchase prices, and advice on contracts in order to get the best possible conditions on the lease or sale.

Before you move in we check the property, identify repairs to be done, arrange to have them fixed, and ensure all other necessary procedures are handled appropriately.
